Immaculately clean and quirky place with very very helpful stuff in all areas. Classic-style building, extremely pleasant and well-appointed rooms with the most stunning views, shower, great modern bathrooms.

Exceptionally attentive staff, delicious breakfast, incredible location short walk to all the shops and restaurants, the center of the beautiful town Bellagio and Tremezzo. Exceptional service and a lakeside restaurant onsite. Not to mention excellent wifi!

The room was spacious and had a wraparound balcony. From the balcony, we enjoyed splendid views of Lake Como and the mountains. It had air conditioning, a tv, and a private bathroom with a shower. The mini spa was cozy, with a hot tub, sauna, and hammam. Breakfast was a buffet with fresh pastries and juices.

I enjoyed the fine lake view from my double room. The staff was attentive and helpful during my two-night stay. Breakfast offered fresh and varied options. The location was perfect, just steps from the ferry. I would highly recommend this place 🌅

This hotel in florence is a gem! You can't beat the location right on the lake, with fine views of the mountains. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Plus, the night service was such a nice surprise. The staff was super attentive.

Our cozy room offered amazing views of the lake. The staff's friendliness really stood out . Dining outside was a delight, although we found the bar prices a bit high. Don't miss the scenic walks nearby! Tip, Parking is €20/day, so plan ahead.
